2. Booking & Communication Policy

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds requested on or after the booking date are NOT eligible for any refund.
• The refund amount is not fixed. It will be discussed and determined by the office on a case-by-case basis.
• To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp with the phone number used for your booking.
• Refund processing time will be communicated during your discussion with the office.

4. Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp before the booking date.
• Weather-related cancellations by the company: If we cancel your booking due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• No-shows: If you do not show up on your booking date without prior communication, no refund will be provided.

5. Safety Guidelines

Your safety is our top priority. Please follow these guidelines:

• Life jackets are mandatory and will be provided for all participants.
• Follow guide instructions at all times during the activity.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Health advisory: Please inform us of any medical conditions (heart conditions, pregnancy, etc.) before booking. Some activities may not be suitable for everyone.
• Swimming ability is recommended but not mandatory as life jackets are provided.
• Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate.

• No payment data stored: We do not store any payment or financial information on this website.
